Evolving How We Build the Product

We Heard You. Here’s What’s Next.

At PracticeQ, your feedback shapes our product.

Over time, we’ve learned that the best product improvements don’t come from isolated requests — they come from identifying patterns across many customers, understanding real-world workflows, and solving problems at scale.

To create a clearer and more effective feedback process, we’re retiring our public feature request board (Canny). While the board will no longer be active, your voice absolutely still matters.

Why We’re Making This Change

As we’ve grown to more than 30,000 monthly users, the volume of ideas and requests has increased significantly. That growth is exciting — and it’s also given us valuable insight into the patterns and priorities that matter most across our customer base.

After two years and thousands of submissions, clear themes have emerged. We now have strong visibility into the highest-impact opportunities to improve your experience. Rather than continuing to collect requests in a single board, we’re refining how feedback flows into product development so we can act on it more efficiently and deliver the best user experience.

Moving forward, we’re simplifying the process:

  • Product direction will continue to be driven by feedback patterns across many customers, usage insights, and evolving industry needs.
  • Bugs or technical issues should be reported directly to our Support team so they can be reproduced, documented, and resolved quickly.

This approach allows us to move faster, build smarter, and ensure your time — and ours — is spent where it makes the biggest impact.

We’re Listening — And Building What Matters Most
